The Renault Master LM35 Dci 125 where ordered with with 2 side load doors, the passenger side is for dry/ambient goods, the customer requested 2 layers of load lock to retain his barrels of oil, we also fitted a 3rd layer of load lok to store the load lock poles, when not in use. The drivers side was a small chill section, we used a GAH fan kit system to draw air in from the frozen section.
We also fitted a Transcan temperature recorder so that the customer could provide receipts of the dropped temperature to his clients if required.
The rear section of the fridge van, was insulated to a 100mm thickness, we also fitted our freezer pod doors and strip curtains. A powerful GAH SR351F was used, the result -25° Celsius in the rear 3° Celsius in the chill section and an area for dry goods. Job done.
