We were recently asked to convert a Long Wheelbase Mercedes Vito into a fridge van that the customer could sell and transport fresh fish in. The catch was he needed an area to display the fish as well as prepare and weigh it, he also needed an area where he could clean up and store all his tools of the trade as well as his apron, hat and bags.
