Precision-built using CAD-CAM technology
We use Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD-CAM) to machine Polycore insulation panels specifically for the make and model of your van. This gives us a precise fit throughout the load space, helping to reduce areas where temperature can escape while making the best use of the space available.
The Polycore insulation we use provides strong thermal performance without adding unnecessary weight, helping you retain more of the van’s available payload. It’s made from recycled plastic bottles, contains no wood, fibreglass, GRP sheet or metal, and can be recycled again at the end of its usable life.
Using CAD-CAM also makes the manufacturing process more efficient, allowing us to produce each conversion accurately and consistently. Lead times will depend on your vehicle and specification, and we’ll give you an estimated completion time once the details of your fridge van conversion have been agreed.
Fully tested and ready to go
Before your fridge van conversion leaves us, it’s thoroughly tested in our £100,000 temperature-controlled test facility. Here, we can accurately measure thermal efficiency, temperature retention and recovery, making sure the insulation and refrigeration system are performing exactly as they should.
We use these results to optimise the performance of your conversion before it reaches you. So when your van arrives, it’s been fully tested, checked and is ready to go straight to work.
Where required, we can also arrange ATP certification and advise on whether it’s needed for the goods you’ll be transporting.

Your refrigeration system is covered separately by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically for 12 to 24 months depending on the equipment fitted, with extended warranty options available if you need longer-term cover.
