The 2024 Vauxhall Vivaro has undergone a significant update, bringing a modernized design, improved features, and enhanced technology. It sports the brand’s signature "Vizor" front end, a sleek addition inspired by Vauxhall’s passenger cars, paired with upgraded LED headlights on higher trims. Inside, the cabin has been revamped to include a new 10-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless smartphone connectivity, enhanced in-cab storage, and improved driver aids.

The van is available in two trims: Prime and Pro. The Prime trim comes equipped with essentials like air conditioning, cruise control, parking sensors, and a 10-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Stepping up to the Pro trim adds navigation, Dynamic Surround Vision (a multi-camera system for enhanced visibility), and upgraded exterior features like body-colored bumpers and LED headlights.

Using a combination of traditional methods and the latest CAD and CNC technology this fridge van is converted to the highest of standards.  A lightweight XPS board with a high insulation factor is bonded to plywood, this in turn is fitted into the van and is then overlayed with fibreglass and resin to give immense strength and durability.A smooth, hygienic and easy to clean gel coat is then added; white walls with a grey floor, this along with the high quality recessed lights we fit creates a bright clean looking fridge compartment.

CoolVan determines chilled operation as being 0°C/+3°C and freeze operation as being -18°C. Bespoke conversions for deep freeze (-25°C) and heat/cool operation (up to +20°C) are available on request.

One popular additional extra is the electric plug-in facility known as Standby. This is normally single phase (standard domestic supply @ 230v) but we can specify 3-phase standby if so requested. Please note that most refrigeration systems will only operate with the vehicle engine operating.
