Using a combination of traditional methods and the latest CAD and CNC technology this fridge van is converted to the highest of standards.  A lightweight XPS board with a high insulation factor is bonded to plywood, this in turn is fitted into the van and is then overlayed with fibreglass and resin to give immense strength and durability. A smooth, hygienic and easy to clean gel coat is then added; white walls with a grey floor, this along with the high quality recessed lights we fit creates a bright clean looking fridge compartment.

A wide variety of fridge systems are available - CoolVan always specifies the best fridge for the job but if you have your own preference of fridge system then we can quote accordingly. Our standard specification for a standard fridge van of this size would be a GAH A300C.

CoolVan determines chilled operation as being 0°C/+3°C and freeze operation as being -18°C. Bespoke conversions for deep freeze (-25°C) and heat/cool operation (up to +20°C) are available on request.
